GRANDMOTHER – MY HIMALAYAS.
A mother is considered as an angel and she is the most selfless person in this world who always keeps her family before her amd considers her children as the top most priority.
MOTHER’S DAY is an international event which is celebrated throughtout the world every year. This day commemorates the contribution and sacrifices that a mother makes for her children. Children are always children even if they cross the age of 50s for her mother.
Every child waits for this splendid occassion to bestow their love and gratitude on them. I too was waiting for this day to give tribute to my grandmother – “MY SULTANATE” as a token of my love.
“I GOT TO GROW UP WITH A MOTHER WHO TAUGHT ME TO BELIEVE IN ME”.
I consider my grandmother as my mother as I believe that a mother is one who raises her children to tackle the tantrums of life.
My grandmother is true example of INSPIRATION to me. Instead of getting involving in marriage talks she talks about my studies and my career. I am lucky enough that my grandmother always taught me and my sisters that EDUCATION IS THE WEAPON TO BE INDEPENDENT.
She is the one who raised me like her own daughter. Being a child without my biological mother I never felt aloof in any situation because of the presence of my granny.
She is a remarkable woman. For me she is the wonderful combination of warmth, kindness, laughter and love.
I would like to compare my granny with HIMALAYAS as himalayas played the role of FOSTER MOTHER for the Indians and stand like a mighty wall and protect India from foreign invasion same as my grandmother is, she too protects me from every harm.
In this era, where we find mostly working mothers, there is a grandmother who love her grand children same as their mother. A grandmother plays an important role in every family. She is considered as the backbone of her grand children’s.
