Hearing the untimely demise of Chaoudhary Bhashir Ahmed Naz (former legislator), Jammu Kashmir National Conference Mendhar (JKNC-M), expressed heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed to Almighty to give him eternal rest. They remembered his services in various capacities i.e., MLA, MLC and vice chairman of Gujjar and Bhakarwal development advisory board. The JKNC-M also remembered his previous contributions while he served the party. Pointing towards Congress, JKNC-M told that the “congress party has lost a great visionary and a man of his honor. We are at loss of words for what to say to console for their loss”. He will always remain close to our heart in the form a “mentor” and a “strong leader”. “We will never forget you and our souls are grieving with pain on your sudden disappearance”, said JKNC-M.
Because of his close association with Pir-Panjal region, Mr Javed Ahmed Rana, the Central Secreteray JKNC, former Deputy Chairman Legislative Council, Ex-MLA also expressed with a heavy heart that “I am deeply shocked and saddened to hear the demise of such a noble soul. May he rest in peace”. He was such a wonderful and down-to-earth person who played a pivotal role in bringing the culture and problems of Gujjar-Bhakarwal and other pahari backward communities in limelight. Mr Rana admired “his contribution for upliftment of this backward community which had loss its identity with time due to sheer negligence of society and lack of platforms”. “Besides being a good leader, he was a good advisor/motivator, the testimony of which is bringing Gujjar Advisory board and Pahari Advisory board together on same table, despite their indifferences”, Mr Rana stated. “He was instrumental for implementing developmental projects in pir-panjal region and his contributions will echo in the memories of people for a long time”’ stressed Mr Rana.
Remembering his association with departed soul, Mr Rana remembered “his dexterous wit that will haunt for a long time. Very few people in this world are gifted with such talent and Bashir Sahab was blessed with one of them”. “I pray to Almighty to give strength to the family and accept my deepest sympathies to bear this loss. I know it is hard but you should take comfort for knowing that he is resting in heaven in the lap of our God”, consoled Mr Rana.
