Shilpa Mahajan, Councillor Ward No 5 distributes stationary among needy



Jammu, May 11, 2020: It is said that leader is the one who leads from the front and takes care of the people at the worst of times. If this is the definition of a leader then Shilpa Mahajan, Councillor Ward No 5 fits the bill who is not only a mass leader but also a philanthropist widely respected in her area.
While the outbreak of Covid 19 pandemic has left the world in a complete lockdown with huge shortage of essential supplies forcing people stick at home with limited supplies, it is leaders like Shilpa Mahajan who come to the rescue of the needy at this hour of crisis.
In the awake of the current situation, many people are coming out of their homes to help people in need and Shilpa Mahajan is leading from the front by helping all sorts of people irrespective of their political or religious affiliations.

Mahajan has been working tirelessly since the lockdown to reach to the needy and help them in whatever way she could.
Shilpa Mahajan who is the BJP Councillor of Ward No 5 and principal Shubh Memorial School Akhnoor today distributed masks and stationary items to the needy people of her ward and has been helping such needy people continuously.

Earlier she distributed masks among doctors and paramedical staff and sanitation workers of SDH Akhnoor.
Thanking the Corona Warriors by offering them flowers, Shilpa says that she feels inner bliss by helping the needy and contributing to the nation in her own way and has asked the people of her ward to approach her whenever they feel any needy in this situation of crisis and chaos.
