Kulgam Police Arrested two violators who were taking entry fee from vehicles entering Aherbal

Kulgam : May 28′: Keeping in view the prevailing situation arisen due to spread of Pandemic disease COVID-19, various efforts are made by administration to curb the further spread of this deadly virus although various steps were initiated and accordingly formal orders were invoked to obtain adequate compliance
But some brazen violators are still not interested to follow up rules and regulations as ordered by administration Today kulgam police arrested two violators who were obtaining entry fees at check post to various vehicles going to Aharbal, thus permitted an act of injustice by making violation of prohibitory orders. in this regard a case FIR No. 28/2020 U/S 188,269 IPC stands registered in police station Manzgam. The accused, namely Wasim Ahmad Naik S/O Abdul Hamid Naik R/O Check Watoo and Ishfaq Ahmad Malik S/O Abdul Rahman Malik R/O Tangmarg were arrested and further investigation has been set into motion.

Kulgam Police once again requested people not to violate prohibitory orders as, contravention will abide stringent action under law.
