MENDHAR : Terming the discrimination order issued recently by the Government of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir headed by Lt. G. C Murmu and their Advisors by introducing Income Slab of 8lacs for trying not to avail benefits of 4percent Reservation has issued by them after 3 months of announcement of Reservation to Pahari community residing from Poonch, Rajouri, Uri, Karnah, Anantag ,Bramulla, Kupwara in different Himalayan ranges of JK including Hindus, Sikhs, Muslim’s etc.Who are speaking dilect of Pahari in these hilly terrains and doing zamindari, grazing buffaloes, goats, horses, sheep’s in their hilly terrains and also take them to their dokhs during Summer Seasons. Pahari facing same hardships in their Family’s as others Categorys having such hardships living around there said by Advocate and Pahari Leader Nadeem Rafiq Khan. The Pahari People's started struggle for their Schedule tribe Status in 80,s for the betterment of their children's life in education, employment and development like others brothers who are enjoying categories benefits living ,eating, sitting ,playing with them .Many Governments comes and go at the Center who make and break their Promises for Schedule tribe Status for Pahari in JK. But that time also Conspirator,s played it's role against tribal Community Called Pahari. Now After 40years of Long battleship of our Pahari leaders and Peoples .we get succeeded for telling the hardships faced by us to Government of India (Prime Minister) and get 4percent Reservation for Pahari Speaking People of Jammu and Kashmir before 3 months ago with idea for betterment of Pahari tribe. But when times comes to take benefit of Reservation given by them by our students,unemployed youths and employees. The Government of Jammu and Kashmir introduced Income Bar Slab of 8lacs on them which is great discrimination done by the (UT) Government headed by the Lt. G. C. Murmu. The Government also Clarify in their order dated 16/7/2020 of Social Welfare department by saying Pahari People's are tribe, clan, community, different cultures ethnic and having linguistic identity. Nadeem Rafiq Khan made an appeal to the( UT)Government and Union Government of India to roll back /Rescined/ Kept in Abeyance that Discrimanatory order of Income Bar for Uplifting ,Betterment and development equally in social, economical and educationally like others Category's for sake of ( Pahari People's) of Jammu and Kashmir
