MENDHAR: Former Minister and Ex Mla Mendhar Sardar Rafiq Hussain khan in his Press statement said that the Union cabinet has approved after dissolution of Jammu and Kashmir Constitution under Article 370 which recognised Urdu, kashmiri, Dogri, Pahari ,Punjabi as the official languages of Jammu and Kashmir. After the demand of Gujjar’s an amendment was introduced in the Assembly by him and Choudhary Talib Hussain to include Gojari in the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir as official language which was approved by the Assembly and then included in the Constitution .Though after the Dissolution of the Constituon and the Assembly .The Union Cabinet as their Agenda has approved Urdu, Kashmiri, Dogri, Hindi and English as official languages for the Union Territory by Excluding Pahari, Gojri and Punjabi.
The Government of India claims that the Occupied Kashmir is the Part of Union Territory. There are at Present about 25lacs Pahari and Gujjar in JK while 40lacs People’s of Pahari and Gujjars are residing in Pok. The Pahari language is spoken beyond its territory including Rawalpindi and Adjoining areas which known as Pathwar. It is also understood in Erst while Punjab the mirror of the BJP is having close focus.
The Government has decided to teach the Children’s up to Primary Classes in their Mother tongue whether they want to teach us Kashmiri, Dogri which is not possible at all and not be accepted. As such the Government of India and it’s Advisors from BJP must understand what they are doing and Correct their mistake without any further delay before it is put before the Parliament for Approval. We request to the President Of India and Prime Minister of India to look into the Matter.
