Jammu Jan 04: It is worrisome situation that some people who belong to lone, Bhat and Mir etc are denied the benefit of Psp reservation despite of the fact that they are residing in District since centuries and they speak Only phari language and they don’t have distinct language of their own. In psp reservation language is the only criteria for giving reservation how come Government can deny the benefit on the basis of caste. It is an arbitrary and unconstitutional act on part of government and violative of Article 14 of Constitution of India.
If these people are speaking only phari language on waht ground the authorities are not issuing them the pahari speaking people certificate. As the advertisement for various posts are being issued by the service selection board and the students have to apply for different posts, therefore the authorities must adrees this issue as early as possible and issue phari speaking certificates to all the pahari speaking people disregard of any caste
