Special Prayer was made for the end of covid19 epidemic soon by performing Havan Yagya
Akhnoor/Jourian June 11: The two-day festival concluded today at the world famous Shani Dham, located in the Chhamb Jourian area of Akhnoor sub-division of Jammu district. According to the information, the festival started on 10th June on the occasion of Shani Jayanti and today it was concluded on 11th June. This program was organized on behalf of Shani Dev Seva Samiti Registered Trust.
In the program, the Havan Yagya Puja continued for two consecutive days, in which the devotees made themselves beneficiary by having darshan of Shani Dev ji. Although this time the number of devotees was very less due to corona virus, but the program was done according to the SOP issued by the government. On behalf of the committee, live broadcast was done on Mahima Kuldev Ji channel for Shani followers present in the country and abroad. A huge Bhandara was also organized during the program in which packing Prasad was provided to the devotees.
Abhishek Gupta, President of Shani Dev Seva Samiti, while talking to Media Persons said that like every year, Shani Dev Seva Samiti organizes a large-scale program in which thousands of devotees from different parts participate. Ever since the corona virus epidemic came last year also the program was postponed, this time according to the government SOP, two-day program was kept which ended today. He said that the world famous Shani statue has been established here, which people come to see. All the members of Shani Dev Seva Samiti were present on this occasion.
