28-year-old Found Dead in Jammu, Mother Refuses to Hand Over the Body

A 28-year-old boy was found dead inside a quarter bearing number 98L at Railway Colony East, but the deceased’s mentally impaired mother is not handing over the dead body to the police for the post mortem. The mother has locked the main door of the quarter, and even after numerous requests by the police officers, she is not opening the door.

The deceased was an MBA pass while his mother was a gardener in Railways and had left her job 5-6 years back. The reason behind the boy’s death is still not known. After numerous requests by the police party, the police finally called a lock breaker, and with his help, the police were able to open the door. The police have started a probe in the matter.
