Bus Stand Police apprehended four persons for creating nuisance in public place.
As per police sources, during patrolling a team from Police Station Bus Stand led by SHO Inspector Deepanker Singh apprehended four persons for creating nuisance at KC crossing BC Road here during night hours.
The apprehended persons were identified as Mandeep Kumar, son of Yashpal of Jalebi Morh Subash Nagar District Jammu, Sikander Kumar, son of Devi Dayal of Chack Bala Tehsil RS Pura District Jammu, Dayal Singh, son of Om Singh of Digdool District Ramban and Hari Om Singh, son of Kuldeep Singh of Digdool District Ramban.
They were taken into custody under Sections 41-2 and 109 CrPC and will be produced before Executive Magistrate.
Meanwhile, the similar team also seized 4 unclaimed vehicles bearing registration numbers JK14F-8648, JK02CA-6294, JK02BS-6387 and JK02BR-3032 under Sections 102 and 457 CrPC.
