
It’s our prime responsibility to motivate society for promotion of Sanskrit language: Dr Narottam
JAMMU, March 19: Today Shri Kailakh Jyotish Avim Vedic Sansthan Trust, President, Mahant Rohit Shastri today honoured Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra for playing vital role in maintaining law and order in Madhya Pradesh.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahant Rohit Shastri appreciated the Home Minister for work done in the field of Sanskrit and requested him to visit at least once at Bawa Kailakh Dev Asthan Raipur, Thathar, J&K. He also appealed to people to make Sanskrit language as a daily mean of communication and to opt Sanskrit language in their studies so that the coming generation will knows the good things present in our ancient books like vedas, Upanishads etc.
The MP’s Home Minister stressed on teaching our ancient language i.e. Sanskrit to our children. He said that it is our prime responsibility to spread awareness about various fields of Sanskrit learning, and motivate the society to take an active interest in promotion and propagation of Sanskrit language and literature.
Stressing the need to promote Sanskrit, Dr. Narottam Mishra said Sanskrit is the key to understanding depth of the knowledge of the founding fathers of our great civilization. He said youth can play an important role in promotion of language and spreading the message of peace and prosperity.
The MP’s Home Minister also appreciated the efforts of Mahant Rohit Shastri for working towards the promotion of Sanskrit language in Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.
