There is a fresh fraudulent case of selling medicinal drugs, tablets in Jammu’s private medical stores at unreasonable high prices, while locals allegedly said that at ‘Pardhanmantri Janaushadhi’ medical outlets similar medicines are available at cheap rates.

Speaking to our media person, a local owner of ‘Pardhanmantri Janaushadhi’ medical outlet said that, “ the medicine which is being sold at private medical shops has higher price than the new Pardhanmantri Janaushadhi medical stores, while interacting further he showcased some medicinal products of his centre commenting “see these are thyroid tablets, hypertension tablets, ointments and gels which we are selling at very cheap prices under Prime minister Janaushdhi scheme and if one buys it from near by private pharmacies the price of these medicines are non reasonably high”.

Conversing further to our media correspondent the local Pardhanmantri Janaushadhi store owner stated that, “our shop is a little on side of the hospital he said one can see as there is a rush in local medical stores and no patient from hospital is coming in our store, he said “ we also have sanitary pads at very low prices”.
